 This is a Sun City hospital that is being repurposed for a senior independent living community designed especially for the community which aspires to celebrate earthly choices. It offers elegant private suites, authentic vegetarian dining, cultural celebrations, and spiritual wellness in a serene environment — all within a ready-to-use facility in Sun City, Arizona.


The cost of our services varies depending on the specific service and the amount of time required. We offer competitive pricing and are happy to provide a quote for any service.


  

Our property is located at 13818 N Thunderbird Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351, a 50,000 sq. ft. upgraded building surrounded by palm trees and open green spaces. The campus includes a meditation/prayer room, yoga and fitness studio, commercial kitchen, lounges, courtyards, and gardens.


  The community is open to residents aged 55 and older, focusing on independent seniors who desire a culturally familiar, vibrant, and caring environment.


 No. We are a senior independent living community, not an assisted living or medical care facility. Residents enjoy an independent lifestyle with meals, housekeeping, and community amenities provided.


 Your $100,000 investment secures:

  • Co-ownership     in the community and building
  • Ownership      of one private suite (room) that you may occupy or lease out (typical      lease: $3,500/month)
  • Transferable,      inheritable ownership rights
  • No      dues or fees until the grand opening (target: Diwali 2026)


  • $50,000      due by Nov 5, 2025
  • $30,000      due by Jan 31, 2026
  • $20,000      due by June 2026


  If the facility will not open and operate within 18 months, then the investors’ money would be 100% refunded. 


  

The estimated $3,500 monthly fee (starting after opening) covers:

  • Meals      (authentic vegetarian & vegan dining)
  • Housekeeping      & linen service
  • All      amenities and utilities
  • Cultural      programs and social activities
  • On-call      concierge and maintenance
  • All operating expenses of the entire facility, including insurance, mortgage, property      taxes, etc.

If you lease your room, rental income can help offset this fee.

  Yes. Ownership is fully transferable and inheritable. You may sell it anytime — the market will determine the resale value, which is expected to appreciate over time..


  No problem! You can join now as a co-owner and choose to move in later, lease your room, or simply hold it as an investment. Remember that you will have the HOA due monthly.


  Yes. Investors contributing $500,000 or more (owning 5 rooms or more) may have common areas or parts of the building named in their honor — a beautiful legacy opportunity.
